Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy ensures that customers can return products under the condition that no damage has been inflicted by the customer. If upon receiving the package, any damage is detected, customers are advised to take a photograph as evidence. This step is crucial to determine whether the damage was caused during shipment by InkSymphony, and not as a result of customer handling. In cases where damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, customers have the option to receive a full refund or to have a new product shipped to them at no additional cost, following the return of the damaged item. Please note, when returning a product that is not damaged, 80% of the product's value will be credited back to the original method of payment.
